Swindon Meeting House Heritage Open Day September 2018

The Meeting House will be open for English Heritage Open Days on 15th September and will include an exhibition of Quaker Relief work from 1846 to the present day.

Heritage Open Days is England's largest festival of history and culture, bringing together over 2,500 organisations, 5,000 events and 40,000 volunteers. Every year in September, places across the country throw open their doors to celebrate their heritage, community and history.

This course will look at aspects of Jesus' life and teaching that resonate for Friends
as well as 
the challenges that come when we give attention to the continuing impact
of his life and death.  It promises to be an interesting and challenging day.
